Even at my lightest weight as an adult, I was still well built.  I have always admired the classic action heros of the 80s &amp;#8211; Arnie, Stallone, Lungren, Weathers, Van Damme&amp;#8230; even Bruce Willis &amp;#8211; but the fact is that the first 3 are reknown for their sheer muscle mass.  I have always wanted to look like that &amp;#8211; not freaky big &amp;#8211; but big and strong enough to turn heads.&lt;/p&gt;	&lt;p&gt;Deep rooted psychology may suggest that I want attention &amp;#8211; well not really, I want to like myself more than anything and as the sands of time are passing me by, I am more and more sure that I will just end up missing out on doing something that I have dreamed of years&amp;#8230;&lt;/p&gt;	&lt;p&gt;Genetically I come from family of farmers in the Norfolk and Hull area &amp;#8211; I have a natural ability to store fat extremely well and seem to build muscle mass quiet well.  Unfortunately get rid of the excess body fat is my downfall.&lt;/p&gt;	&lt;p&gt;Another way of putting it is that I could be built like a tank &amp;#8211; but look like a marshmallow&amp;#8230;.&lt;/p&gt;	&lt;p&gt;Hence &amp;#8211; as I have just turned 28 (Aug 11) and as I want to be a fit and healthy father for any sprogs me and the beloved wife produce &amp;#8211; I want to change my body composition.&lt;/p&gt;	&lt;p&gt;I aim to do this through control of macro-nutrients and good old fashioned hard training.  My aim is to get my bodyfat level to around 15% in the next 18months, thats from 33%+ at present so I will be working very hard at this.&lt;/p&gt;	&lt;p&gt;I wouldn&amp;#8217;t mind some support from you guys and please feel free to visit my blog and send me a few lines of encouragement!
